Processing Time All products in our store are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at essentialine1976@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
